This has been a year of great losses for Indian music. Sadly, as talent hunts and reality shows replete with fake tantrums and tears and stormy sessions rule the roost on television, few in the electronic or print media have had the time to note and acknowledge the fact that some of our great musicians have left us all too suddenly and quietly.
